Sri M – “There is one method of beautiful meditation which any one can do. Firstly, forget that ‘Om’ is part of any specific language. Consider it as pure sound. Start chanting Om; lengthen it; fix your attention in the middle of your forehead and just keep chanting Om. It helps you to become one-pointed; it helps you to become calm; it helps you to orient the movement of energy in your system in a certain pattern and above all it is something to keep you engaged in non-despondent thoughts. So any time you are feeling stressed, sad or despondent this can be done. There is no specific time for doing this….”

About Sri M
Born in India, Sri M is a spiritual guide, social reformer, educator and writer. He first met his Master at the age of nine under the jackfruit tree, in the compound of his house in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian coastal state of Kerala.
The full account of his astonishing and amazing experiences are published in his memoir from 2011 titled “Apprenticed to a Himalayan Master – A Yogi’s Autobiography“, which became an instant bestseller. He has written a sequel to his autobiography, titled “Sri M – The journey continues”.
