0:00 In parts of the United States hard hit by the coronavirus pandemic, planning is underway to establish overflow hospitals.

The state of Florida has recorded more than a quarter of a million coronavirus cases, while in Texas, Arizona and South Carolina the death rate has doubled in just the last week.
