Philonise Floyd has testified to the US congress over the killing of his brother George Floyd at the hands of police.

Mr Floyd asked Congress to make changes to law enforcement, including holding officers to account and teaching them that “deadly force should be used rarely and only when life is at risk”.

He added that his brother “didn’t deserve to die over $20”.

Philonise Floyd also called on Congress to listen to the Black Lives Matter protests happening across the world.
