Coastal Carolina University achieved high marks in the US News and World Report College Rankings for 2020. For the third consecutive year, CCU was listed number two among Best Value Schools for Regional Universities in the South. In all, Coastal made the rankings in seven different categories.
Coastal Carolina University is a dynamic, public comprehensive liberal arts institution located in Conway, just minutes from the resort area of Myrtle Beach, S.C. Coastal Carolina University offers baccalaureate degrees in 74 major fields of study. Among CCU’s graduate-level programs are 26 master’s degrees, two educational specialist degrees, and two doctoral programs: the Ph.D. in marine science: coastal and marine systems science, and the Ph.D. in education. The most popular undergraduate majors are marine science, management, exercise and sport science, and communication.
